All purchases from AetherX are final and non-refundable with the exception of any damaged product, or if certain conditions apply that warrant refund regarding incorrect package shipped. Refunds are not offered to customers who neglect to use coupon codes during times of offers.
AetherX's Aether Bed Kits are processed and shipped through a third party supplier and can take up to 7 business days for processing times to manufacture your item and send it to you. Once processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Once the order is shipped, it can take on average 5-15 business days for your order to reach based on your country of origin. AetherX is not responsible for any lost or delayed shipments. You can contact us should you require our supplier's (YoyCol) contact information.
AetherX Card Decks/Healing Code Card Printed Edition orders can take up to 3 weeks to process based on consumer demand as they are fulfilled personally by Brad Johnson. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email from AetherX staff providing you with a tracking number.
All AetherX Digital Product sales are final and are non-refundable.
AetherX is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages sent through mail. For concerns regarding lost or undelivered packages, you will need to speak with Canada Post as this is the mail provider AetherX uses. You can contact us should you require Canada Post's contact information.
AetherX will not offer any medical advice or treatment as we are not a qualified medical physician. our product is deemed as an "additional healing product" and is used fully by the discretion of the customer.

HealingCodeShop.com is not held responsible for any delivery conflicts. As we are not the supplier of our products, customers will need to get in contact with our supplier (spreadshirt.com) for any problems regarding delivery, printing, shipping and handling.
All sales are final and all items sold on HealingCodeShop.com are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for credit. If you decide to change your order on our shopping cart page, be sure to do this before the next 24 hours prior to your order being prepared.
